The MFT E-VolV Picatinny Rail 2.2 in. for Std and Thickened Heat Shield, Scorched Dark Earth (E2PR2SDE) is a Mil-Std 1913 rail attachment measuring just over 2 inches. It is manufactured using a specially developed reinforced, super tough polyamide from DuPont's Military Plastic Division.
The E-VolV Picatinny Rail can be mounted to either standard or Glacier Guard handguards through the existing vent openings utilizing the included hardware. The rail is dimensioned to insure mounting is parallel to the bore/barrel for ballistic alignment. Made in the USA.
