The Nikon FEP-30W Spotting Scope Eyepiece is an extremely-multicoated, moderate strength eyepiece that's the ultimate fixed-magnification eyepiece for observing and digiscoping.
It projects a ~64° apparent field, making nearly any digital camera align without vignetting, to a distance of 25.4mm-enough to give eyeglass/sunglass wearers comfortable use. It is awfully impressive.
Nikon's pulled out all the stops for these eyepieces for the EDG line of spotting scopes, producing big chunks of glass (about the size of a can of condensed soup) that create large, unobstructed sight pictures for the pinnacle in observing/imaging ease.
