The barrel of the N9 Recon is not only serialized for quality control but also features a hand-polished chamber and feed cone to ensure reliable feeding and extraction. This attention to detail extends to the direct blowback operation system, optimized for smooth and consistent performance. It comes equipped with a Noveske marked tri-lug adapter with a 1/2x28 thread protector, adding versatility for various muzzle devices.
Constructed from 7075-T6 billet aluminum, the 4th Generation precision-machined receiver is treated with hardcoat type III anodizing followed by an Armor Black Cerakote ceramic coating, offering enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. The assembly includes a Geissele Super Badass ambidextrous charging handle and a Diamond Like Coated (DLC), full-auto compatible bolt carrier group, indicating high-end craftsmanship and reliability.
