The Radical Firearms A2 1/2x28 Flash Hider (A2FH556) is machined from quality steel and finished with an exceptionally corrosion resistant salt bath nitride for a lifetime of service. The A2 'birdcage' is an industry standard design which remains in wide use in the U.S. military today.
Effective flash suppression preserves the shooter's night vision by disrupting the muzzle flash when firing in low lighting conditions. Its closed bottom offers reduced dust signature when shooting from the prone position while additionally acting as a compensator.
