The TRUE PRECISION 5rd Magazine Extension for Glock 19 makes cleaning easy. Simply remove the plate by loosening the set screw and remove the spring for ease of access. All of this while leaving the TRUE Magazine Extension body on the entire time. This extension fits the Glock 19 & 23 and adds +5rds to 9mm and +4rds to .40 S&W.
