The LEUPOLD Mark 1 IMS Integral Rail Mount, Matte (110288) designed specifically for tactical use and features a monolithic, cantilever design that is strong and durable under the most intense conditions. The Mark 1 Rail quickly and easily eliminates the two most common issues faced when mounting standard riflescopes to rifles; scope height and eye relief.
From the Mark 1 to the Mark 4, each aluminum IMS cantilever design mounts directly to the firearm's Mil-Spec 1913/Picatinny to raise the scope and push it forward, eliminating the need for risers or specialized optics with shortened eye relief.
The Mark 1 Rail uses two Torx T-15 screws to attach the living hinge to the rifle, giving you a simple alternative to risers at an exceptional value. The Leupold Integral Mounting Systems (IMS) raises the scope and pushes it forward, so you can have a much wider range of optics than standard scope mounts.
