This model features a case hardened steel frame, blued parts, brass backstrap and triggerguard, octagonal barrel, and an walnut Navy size grip.
The .44 caliber model includes a rebated cylinder and the .36 model includes a standard Navy cylinder. A conversion cylinder is available for this model that is a drop-in conversion to smokeless .45LC/.45 Schofield (for the .44 model) and .38LC (for the .36 model) ammunition.
